Babysprechstunde at Cafe im Familienzentrum, Monday 2 November 2026, 09:00.

Babysprechstunde is a consultation service for families with babies and toddlers up to 1.5 years. Experienced crisis companion Nicole Lehnert helps with body-oriented methods when a baby cries a lot or sleeps little, when questions about introducing solid food arise, or when parents worry about their child's development. She supports them in understanding psychological and physical stress states, discovering their own strengths and resources, and resolving tense situations. Registration by email to nicole.lehnert@frei-zeit-haus.de is required.
