This course is a hands-on cocktail workshop for anyone who loves cocktails and wants to learn the basics of mixology. Experienced bartenders introduce spirits, bar equipment, aromas and the balance of sweetness, sourness and bitterness, sharing tips and tricks straight from the pros. Participants mix four cocktails in total, tasting everything they make, with the fourth one prepared on their own. They leave with real bartending skills, knowledge about the perfect cocktail and recipes to recreate at home.
