CREATIVE WRITING is a creative writing workshop held in a small group, working with pen and paper. Behind it is Lena Hohl, a writer and creative who developed her Hourglass Method. She guides participants through three phases of writing exercises designed to strengthen access to their creativity, overcome self-doubt and get back into a state of flow. The method can also be used alone at home afterwards, and the small group setting offers a safe space to share thoughts with others.
