DISSOLUTIONS III is the third and final sequence of the year programme DISSOLUTIONS at Kunst Raum Mitte, combining a solo exhibition with a series of events. The programme is curated by Natalie Keppler and Agnieszka Roguski, with Natalie Keppler curating the exhibition. It centres on the first solo exhibition of Julius Pristauz, an Austrian artist based in Berlin, who presents the total installation GEGENWIND. Working across several media, he examines infrastructures that enable freedoms against a backdrop of growing repression affecting the queer community and the cultural scene; the sequence also features a performance by Julius Pristauz with Elena Francalanci in October and a screening and performance by Beatrice Marchi in December.
