# Gärtnern im AVA-Garten

Gärtnern im AVA-Garten at Naturfreunde Berlin, Tuesday 27 October 2026, 15:00.

"Gärtnern im AVA-Garten" is an urban gardening project where everyone interested can garden together. In 2024, NaturFreunde Berlin took over the run-down beds at the Kienhorstgraben in the Kolonie Gartenfreunde in the Auguste-Viktoria-Allee neighbourhood in Reinickendorf and have since been turning them into a green oasis for neighbourhood gardening. A NaturFreunde allotment plot is also being created there, with raised beds, a garden shed and seating for gardening and lingering together. The beds can be reached via the entrance to the garden colony on Kienhorststraße.
