"Gülden" is an exhibition of contemporary art at Kulturhaus Baumschulenweg in Berlin. It emerged from an open call that invited Berlin artists to apply with their work for the show. The works sparkle, tempt, glow, transform themselves or refuse all shine — sensual, contradictory, opulent or quiet. Celebrated is not the gold of kings, vaults and crowns, but a wealth that circulates, is shared and escapes full exploitation.
