An improv workshop for men titled "Impro-Workshop für Männer – einfach machen". It is led by Matthias Weiser, a men's coach and trainer in emotion regulation who has played improv theatre for five years. In a men-only group, participants try playful exercises on spontaneity, status and body expression – without performance pressure, with humour and room to test new roles and fail cheerfully. The evening is about handling mistakes more easily, gaining access to feelings and meeting other men beyond small talk.
