# It's Britney, Bitch!

It's Britney, Bitch! at Berliner Ensemble, Saturday 31 October 2026, 20:00.

"It's Britney, Bitch!" is a musical narrative theatre evening about Britney Spears and the Britney in all of us. Director Lena Brasch and actress Sina Martens examine Spears' success and life story and her impact as a pop icon. It deals with unhappy love and dependency, with truth and authenticity in pop, with fathers and daughters, and with the question of whether Spears shaving her head in public in 2007 was not an ending but an act of emancipation. The evening is a declaration of love for a woman who is more than just a friendly major chord in the history of pop.
