# KCMD x DAAD

KCMD x DAAD at Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, Monday 26 October 2026, 20:00.

KCMD x DAAD is a concert evening in the Grüne Salon at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. The autumn series brings music and sound fellows as well as artists from Ukraine together on stage, presenting sound projects created during their shared time in Berlin. For the opening, the composer and sound artist Yana Shliabanska and Javier Areal Vélez, who as a musician specialises in using the electric guitar unconventionally and now leaves structural control to autonomous robots, invite to a special sonic experience. It was developed and produced by Sebastian Dürer and Lina Martin-Chan (Berlin Artists' Program of the DAAD) and Les Vynogradov and Albert Saprykin (Kyiv Contemporary Music Days).
