Lesung at Georg-Kolbe-Museum, Monday 2 November 2026, 19:00.

A performative reading with Adele, who continues the work of the artist duo EVA & ADELE under their shared name after Eva's death in 2025. Since the 1990s the duo was known for a lifelong performance featuring shaved heads and matching extravagant outfits. Adele presents a text collage reflecting on a performance that questioned and subverted gender conventions and role expectations. Exhibition curator Eva da Silva Antunes Alves first introduces the work and the exhibition "everybody", which deals with bodies and their freedom.
