# MAMA IN MOTION

MAMA IN MOTION, Wednesday 28 October 2026, until 10 Feb.

MAMA IN MOTION is a dance and movement offer for pregnant women and parents with a baby. It was developed by Martha Hirschhorn, a dancer and theatre maker who is also a dance and movement therapist and a mother herself. A session combines movement, body awareness, dance and improvisation to music, and the baby is welcome to be there – in the belly, in a carrier, on the arm or right in the middle. The classes take place in family centres in Friedrichshain and are deliberately low-threshold and non-commercial.
