# Mending Sessions

Mending Sessions is an open workshop as part of the Shape Festival, where clothes are mended and repaired together. Elena Polzer invites everyone to take up an old, everyday activity and to cultivate a close relationship with their own clothing. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants create a space of mindful engagement with colours, textures and tactile sensations. A wide range of materials is provided, spontaneous participation is possible without bringing one's own clothes, and no prior knowledge is needed.
