A Muay Thai training session for FLINTA* people, offering the chance to learn the old Thai martial art Muay Thai Boran. Behind the offer is the Muay Thai local group of NaturFreunde Berlin, which provides movement training and martial arts. The combination of sport, art and values or philosophy matters greatly to the group's members, as it can contribute to positively strengthening one's mental constitution. Once a month, this FLINTA* training takes place instead of the basics session.
