# Poetry Slam Workshop

Poetry Slam Workshop at Uferstudios: Uferstudio 4, Saturday 31 October 2026, 16:30.

The 'Poetry Slam Workshop' explores how an idea becomes a good poetry slam text and how to perform it on stage so that it lands with the audience. The workshop is part of the Shape Festival and is led by slam poet Hendrikje Wassenaar. Participants learn the basics of creative writing, develop their own texts and try out performance and stage presence. It is open to everyone – whether you are writing for the first time or already have stage experience.
