# Schwarze Löcher

Schwarze Löcher at Archenhold-Sternwarte, Saturday 31 October 2026, 17:00.

»Schwarze Löcher« is a fulldome show in the planetarium hall of the Archenhold-Sternwarte, presented with live moderation. Produced by Double Dome Films from Spain, it uses unique visualisations to show how and where black holes form, what makes them special and how they are studied. It tells the story of the »Event Horizon Telescope«, which in 2019 delivered the first high-resolution image of a black hole. The show lasts 60 minutes, is suitable from age 12 and includes a 25-minute live part in German.
