# THE ZIG ZAG JAZZED UP JAM SESSION

THE ZIG ZAG JAZZED UP JAM SESSION at Zig Zag, Tuesday 10 November 2026.

THE ZIG ZAG JAZZED UP JAM SESSION is a weekly jazz jam session at the Zig Zag Jazzclub in Berlin. It is hosted by pianist Uri Gincel, who, together with Paul Kleber on bass and Tobias Backhaus on drums, gathers the city's best jazz musicians every week. After a short set by the opening band, changing ensembles improvise over the Great American Songbook and the legacy of Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Herbie Hancock. On stage, the musicians communicate, create and push each other to new heights, all in a fine jazz club atmosphere with delicious cocktails and good conversation.
