# Thomas Meyer: Mauer Land

“Thomas Meyer: Mauer Land” is an exhibition of color photographs of the former Berlin Wall strip, taken between 2017 and 2024. The photographer Thomas Meyer, a member of the agency OSTKREUZ, spent eight years, across different seasons, tracing where the division of the city is still visible and perceptible today. His pictures, made in digital medium format, show places that once made history, the disappearance of the Wall, and the overlapping layers of history and present. In doing so, the exhibition also documents Berlin's urban development.
