# TIN* Embodied Practices

TIN* Embodied Practices at Village.Berlin, Friday 6 November 2026, 18:00.

TIN* Embodied Practices is a somatic movement space for TIN* bodies (trans*, inter*, non-binary, agender and genderqueer people). It is guided by Lux, a transfeminine, gender-nonconforming Italian artist and movement facilitator living in Berlin, and inspired by Body-Mind Centering®, the breathwork of Ilse Middendorf, Authentic Movement and Feldenkrais. The sessions combine guided movement, touch, improvisation and reflection based on consent, autonomy and care. The practice strengthens body awareness, self-determination and resilience in a supportive community; participation is free with registration.
