It tells of a Wehrmacht officer who, in the autumn of 1944 in the Eifel, tries to surrender to the Allies with his battalion without a fight. The film was praised for its careful research and reconstruction, but also criticized for oversimplifying Andersch's reflections on guilt, responsibility and fate. Since it ran in only a few cinemas and remains hardly accessible today, it is very rarely seen.", "url": "https://go-gnocchi.app/en/berlin/events/winterspelt-1944-8985/", "official_url": "https://www.dhm.de/zeughauskino/vorfuehrung/default-title-14753/", "image": "https://go-gnocchi.app/images/5ce3cc69f1477ed413b2b9f0eb3deca5fe218d26eda0739f73c409054037f6ce-1200.webp", "dates": [{"start": "2026-10-26T19:00:00+01:00", "end": null, "place": "Zeughauskino", "address": "Unter den Linden 2, 10117 Berlin", "tickets": ""}]}
