# Bad Apples

Bad Apples at The Cinema in the Arches, Wednesday 28 October 2026, 17:30.

"Bad Apples" is a comedy-thriller screening at this cinema in the Arches under Grosvenor Bridge. It is directed by Jonatan Etzler and stars Saoirse Ronan, Robert Emms, Nathan Hall, Eddie Waller, Nia Brown, Jacob Anderson, Rakie Ayola, Sean Gilder, Kerry Howard and Jaye Jacobs. The story follows a struggling primary school teacher forced to take drastic action because of a foul-mouthed, violent student, uncovering how her community will turn a blind eye to the most outrageous events to preserve harmony and their sense of safety. Critics have called the darkly hilarious school satire politically sharp, with Ronan walking a riveting moral tightrope.
