Derek vs Derek at Act One Cinema, Wednesday 28 October 2026.

Derek vs Derek is a documentary about two neighbouring farmers in the rolling hills of Devon who share the same name but take radically different approaches to land use. It was made by award-winning director James Dawson and features Derek Banbury and Derek Gow. The film is by turns hilarious and moving, and shines a light on the debate about the future of rural Britain, encouraging conversation about how farming and nature restoration might work together.
