# Flow State Sessions

Flow State Sessions at William Morris Gallery, Wednesday 28 October 2026, until 14 Mar.

Flow State Sessions are art and craft workshops for health and wellbeing, creating a gentle space for creativity where no experience in art is necessary. They are run by art therapists and aim to build a calm, accessible and supportive space where participants learn skills to enter Flow State, a mental state of energised focus and full involvement that can help manage stress, anxiety and negative feelings. The programme is designed for those with low to moderate mental health needs, such as mild anxiety or low mood, and for people feeling isolated, stressed or overwhelmed. Each session takes place in the Gallery's Learning Studio and requires registration through the NHS Social Prescribing and Talking Therapies service or community mental health support.
