Wise Aging is a closed discussion group for adults aged 65 and older that explores this stage of life through topics such as healthy relationships, forgiveness, legacy, and conscious dying. It is led by Jeffrey Gold, Ph.D., a Brooklyn Heights Synagogue member, certified Wise Aging Facilitator, and psychotherapist, and aims to help participants live with spirit, resilience, and joy.
