The Grundlagenprogramm is a study programme in Buddhism at the Kadampa Meditationszentrum in Zurich. It goes back to Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, who designed it for the systematic study and practice of Kadampa Buddhism, and it is led by Valentina Schweizer. In an open-minded group, teachings and group discussions deepen understanding and experience of Buddhism and bring people closer to Buddhist philosophy. The book 'Freudvoller Weg' is currently studied, the commentary on the first of five topics based on Buddha's sutra teachings and commentaries by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and the course language is German.
