# Ecstatic Dance – Deep Dive

Ecstatic Dance – Deep Dive at Jenseits Ruhepol, Thursday 19 November 2026, 19:30.

Ecstatic Dance – Deep Dive is a dance session held in a small group, an intimate circle designed as a space where the nervous system can soften and people feel safe being seen and expressing themselves freely. It is led by Johanna, the founder of Ecstatic Dance Zurich, in cooperation with Ecstatic Dance Zurich, and invites everything from anger and joy to grief, ecstasy, stillness or silence to move and transform through dance.
