# Everdance

Everdance at Gemeinschaftszentrum Heuried, Wednesday 28 October 2026, 13:30.

Everdance® is a dance course with simple step sequences from modern social dances such as Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, or Waltz. Everdance® was developed by Pro Senectute Kanton Zürich. No dance partner is needed and it is quick to learn. Set to evergreens from the 1940s to 1970s, the choreographies strengthen circulation and coordination and engage both hemispheres of the brain at the same time.
