# Everdance

Everdance is a gentle dance course specially for seniors, with no prior experience needed. The course is run by Anina Caviezel. Well-known standard dances are learned not as a couple but solo in the group. Simple, lively movements promote mobility, balance and memory, with fun and shared laughter always taking centre stage.
