# Licht

Licht at Museum für Gestaltung, Tuesday 27 October 2026, until 14 Jan.

Licht is a pop-up exhibition of posters on the subject of light, shown in the windows of the Swiss National Bank in Zurich. It is put together by the Museum für Gestaltung Zürich, which selects works from its poster collection, and hosted by the Swiss National Bank, which has offered its windows for such presentations since the year 2000. The focus lies on the depiction of artificial light and on posters about lighting design and the effect of light, among them a tourism poster by Eugen Bachmann and a Winterhilfe poster from 2005. Contrasts of light and dark and layered colour values make the pictured light appear to vibrate.
