# Nonviolent Communication

Nonviolent Communication at Schenkhaus, Monday 26 October 2026, until 14 Dec.

Nonviolent Communication is a basics course over nine Monday evenings, starting with an introductory evening. It is led by Livio and Lucie. It explores how to listen more deeply, recognise your own feelings and needs, and connect with people who think, feel or live differently. The goal is to handle conflict with care and connection instead of polarisation; the course is donation based.
