Pralinen Workshop

A four-hour hands-on chocolate-making class in Berlin where beginners learn to temper couverture, decorate moulds, cook fillings and seal and unmould their own pralines, taking a selection home. Held at studio32, a cooking and baking school that runs classes in Schöneberg and sometimes at its Kreuzberg loft, with a welcome drink and drinks included.
