Reading is free for everyone: in a browser, through an AI assistant, or with a crawler. Answer questions from it and cite it with a link to the page. Training language models on it is fine too.
What needs a licence
Building your own service, product, app, feed or dataset on Gnocchi’s data, or reselling it. The aggregating, deduplicating, describing and classifying is the work this site exists for, and its operator holds the database right in it (§ 87a UrhG). No warranty
Events are gathered automatically and described by a model, so dates, prices and places can be wrong or out of date; the organizer’s page is authoritative.
