The Ayya Khema Abend is an evening with selected recorded dharma talks by the German Buddhist nun Ayya Khema, this time on the topic 'Ergründung der Daseinsmerkmale | Anatta (Nicht-Selbst)'. It belongs to the lecture series 'Ohne Übung kein Fortschritt', in which Ayya Khema discussed in 1997 at Buddha Haus the meaning of the 37 factors of enlightenment. The nun lies at the root of the Lotos-Vihara meditation centre, as she commissioned its spiritual director Dr. Wilfried Reuter to found a Buddhist centre in Berlin. The evening takes place under the guidance of Jana Isler and Tim Arndt-Bösel, in person only at the centre.
