Berlin archaeoLogical!
Hamburger Bahnhof - Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart, Invalidenstraße 50-51, 10557 Berlin, Moabit
About
"Berlin archaeoLogical!" is an exhibition talk for children and families about the medieval finds at the former excavation site on Petriplatz. There lie the walls of a 700-year-old school and the lost St Peter's Church. Together participants trace features and finds back to the town's medieval beginnings, and upstairs in the workshops they see how artefacts are cleaned, sorted and restored. It is run by the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin as part of the exhibition "Discover Archaeology" at PETRI Berlin.
