About
The exhibition "Between the Lines" is devoted to one of Berlin's best-known buildings, the striking zigzag structure of the Jewish Museum Berlin. To mark the building's 25th anniversary, the museum presents the show about the New York architect Daniel Libeskind, who won the competition for the extension in 1989. Using drawings and models, the exhibition documents how one of the most influential museum buildings of the present came into being around the time of reunification. It also shows how Libeskind's design still shapes the debate about remembrance in Germany today.
