About
„Bilder der Unendlichkeit“ is a chamber concert for cello and piano. Behind the event are cellist Clovis Michon and pianist Michael Rettig, who also contribute their own compositions. The programme features works and arrangements by Arvo Pärt, Philipp Glass, Max Richter, Georges I. Gurdjieff, Valentin Silvestrov and Johann Sebastian Bach. Coming from Western modernism and Eastern tradition alike, the pieces play with simplicity and repetition, stretching time toward infinity.
