The Brunch at CARL & SOPHIE is a leisurely breakfast and lunch spread served with views over the Spree. It is hosted by the team of the riverside restaurant on the grounds of the former Bolle dairy, with head chef Martin Höse in the kitchen, and it revolves around good food, a soothing atmosphere and getting together.
