The „Bundesweiter Vorlesetag“ is a nationwide reading day on which books are read aloud in schools. The ensemble of the Theater an der Parkaue visits the classroom and reads from the book „Irgendwo ist immer Süden“ by Marianne Kaurin. Listeners hear the story of Ina and Vilmer, who build their own holiday paradise in an empty caretaker's flat. The novel deals with glossy filters on social media and classism, friendship and loyalty.
