A coffee tasting where freshly roasted coffees from different growing regions are sampled. Hosted by Godshot, it uses the cupping method that roasters and coffee importers also rely on. With experienced trainers and a tasting wheel, participants learn to describe flavour nuances, from roasted hazelnuts to the fine acidity of a green apple. The course is for anyone interested in the diversity of coffee flavours and lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
