Cranky Choreographing Books

Cranky Choreographing Books is a dance evening between dance and books at DOCK 11. Twenty years after the solo Choreographing Books, Peter Pleyer, together with changing guests, takes up the thread of a development: writing about dance and the dance that emerges from that writing. He presents ideas that evolved in dialogue with dance, books and magazines, dances with each guest, and at the end invites everyone who wishes to join a score of Contemplative Dance Practice. The starting point is the question of how writing and dancing have developed since 2005.
