About

"CREATIVE MORNINGS w/Micha Stella" is an open experimental class at IKSK - Institut für Körperforschung und sexuelle Kultur in Berlin. It is run by Micha Stella, who has been teaching this class mostly every Friday for years. It is about designing a morning around our own needs: dancing, sharing techniques, giving and receiving massages, and exploring different ways of relating with distance, touch, kink and consent. The morning follows a "Lazy Warm Up" and spontaneous exercises drawn from participants' wishes; occasionally the "ANARCHIST CREATIVE MORNING" is facilitated by Romain.
