About
Die große BKA Spendengala is a fundraising gala at the BKA-Theater offering a special evening of cabaret and show. It is staged by the BKA – Berliner Kabarett Anstalt, which faces major financial challenges due to sharply rising costs and, unlike many other theaters, receives no support from the city or the federal government. All performing artists are giving up their fees that evening so the theater can keep offering its diverse, bold and independent program without driving ticket prices up. Confirmed acts include Chaos Royal, Sigrid Grajek, Ades Zabel and Bob Schneider, hosted by Rachel Intervention.
