About
The cinema is showing “Die Tribute von Panem – Mockingjay Teil 2” as part of a marathon series that presents the complete saga across several Sundays. The host is the cinema chain CineMotion, which runs the countdown marathon in several cities and accompanies it with a stamp card offering prizes to frequent viewers. The film tells of the decisive moment in the war between the rebels and the Capitol, as Katniss heads toward the Capitol with her allies to bring down President Snow. The closer the rebels come to their goal, the greater the sacrifices become, and Katniss must ask herself what is truly at stake after victory.

Critics
6.0Good
Critics praise the convincing performances, dark design and effective action, plus the thoughtful, sincere series overall. They fault the rushed finale, glossed-over moral depths and a somewhat ambivalent overall impression.
