About
"Einblick ins Geheime" (Glimpse into the Secret) is a guided tour of the exhibition at the Stasi Records Archive at the historic site of the former Stasi headquarters in Berlin-Lichtenberg. It is run by the Federal Archives' Stasi Records Archive in Berlin-Lichtenberg. The archive holds 111 kilometres of files collected by the secret police about people, and the exhibition makes the significance of this "monument of surveillance" tangible. After the tour, visitors can see a collection of reproductions of original Stasi files, including files of affected people who consented to their publication.
