About
"Messy Table: An Expressive Arts Workshop on Perfectionism & Control" is a workshop on creativity, perfectionism and letting go of control. Facilitated by Zoé Coetzee from the sozo space, with a guest talk by Alba Rebollo Trigueros from Albi Atelier, a short introduction by FRANK BERLIN, guided clay exercises, and an open space with drinks and conversation to finish. It invites participants to step away from outcome-driven thinking and focus on the process of making. No previous art experience or skills are required.
