Film Restored - Filmerbe-Festival

Film Restored is a film heritage festival staged by the Deutsche Kinemathek in Berlin. It presents digitally restored films from 1927 to 2010, made in twenty countries. Under the motto "Risky Business", the 2026 edition focuses on risks in cinema – in production, restoration and in films about characters who take chances. The programme also includes workshops, discussions, live music and the Kinematheksverbund's Kinopreis.
