About
The Geburtsvorbereitungs-Kompaktkurs is a weekend course for single pregnant people, including FLINTA* and solo mothers via sperm, egg or embryo donation or in co-parenthood. It is organised by the Verband alleinerziehender Mütter und Väter (VAMV), Berlin state association. A midwife provides information on all questions around birth and shows practical exercises in relaxation techniques and birthing positions. Participants also receive information on support services and can meet, exchange with and network with other single pregnant people.
