About
Handstand Meeting is an informal get-together for handstand training over a weekend in Katapult's Studio 1. There are no planned workshops; participants gather to exchange, train and share techniques. The invitation comes from the team behind Katapult, a Berlin venue for performance, art and training. The meeting is aimed at people with previous handstand experience; beginners are welcome too, but must judge for themselves whether they have the exercises and endurance for a full weekend of handstands.
