HÄRTEFALLBERATUNG is a consultation hour offering advice on hardship cases. Every Wednesday, volunteers of the Jesuit Refugee Service provide this counselling, on behalf of the Archdiocese of Berlin. The consultation hours run from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16. The event takes place at the JRS in Berlin.
