Karneval der Tiere

"Karneval der Tiere" (Carnival of the Animals) is a music theatre piece for children aged about 3 to 9 at the Astrid Lindgren Stage inside the FEZ-Berlin. It is performed by Musiktheater Klavieriki, whose two pianists and sound-clowns are Olga Shkrygunova and Anne von Twardowski. Using clownery, masks and interactive moments, they bring Camille Saint-Saëns' famous melodies to life in a musical journey through the animal world. The light, playful atmosphere suits the whole family, and the performance lasts 60 minutes.
