About
A concert in the foyer of Schaubude Berlin that works without spoken language and lasts about 60 minutes. YAZKAH is the musical project of the Cuban artist Yahima Piedra Córdova, who regularly appears at the Schaubude with the KMZ KOLLEKTIV. Her music combines Afro-Cuban and Caribbean rhythms with Afrofunk, electronic textures and influences from Afro and Latin jazz. Joining her on stage are Katrina Martinez Marrupe on drums and percussion, Kevin Klein on bass and Juan Borgatti on electric guitar, all of them also singing.
